We have an exciting vacancy to join our Governance and Risk Team reporting to the Health and Safety Manager. You will be required to visit our Education, Care and Central provisions providing accurate and timely advice and auditing performance against health and safety legislation and Aspris policies and standards. This position would ideally suit someone located within the geographical areas of the Midlands, South-West England or Wales. Previous experience/qualifications: Previous experience of providing Health and Safety advice within the Education sector is required for this post The successful candidate must have a NEBOSH general certificate What are we looking for? Provide H&S related training to groups of managers and staff to promote and facilitate a positive health and safety culture as required Compile health and safety reports for site leaders and senior management Ensure effective actions arise out of Health and Safety incidents, including suitable reporting under RIDDOR. Where required, evaluate accident/incident reports, including investigating, consulting with key colleagues and providing recommendations and support to sites and where necessary the group to prevent re-occurrence Assist in the development and implementation of health and safety policies, procedures and risk assessments supported by the Aspris Health and Safety Manager What will you get in return from us?
