Teacher of Visual Arts and Tutor - 1 x Full time Permanent and 1 x Full Time fixed term maternity Cover

We have 2 vacancies starting in September 2025.
One role is full time permanent and one role is full time for up to 12 months covering maternity leave. The fixed term contract will come to an end when the post holder returns. On your application please indicate which role you are applying for.
We require two highly skilled and talented teachers of Visual Art to join our successful and thriving STEAM faculty team at our high attaining and oversubscribed school in north central Bristol.
Are you:
1. A skilful and passionate teacher of Visual Arts who understands how children learn?
2. Also able to teach other STEAM subjects at Key Stage 3 level as detailed in the job description?
3. A well-qualified, highly motivated and engaging teacher of Visual Arts able to deliver outstanding lessons across the age and ability range at Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, with the ability to deliver ICT at KS3?
4. Creative and innovative; willing to contribute to the development of students' learning and their progress within a committed and forward-looking department and faculty?
5. A practitioner with high skills in self-evaluation?
6. Committed to continuous professional development leading to outstanding teaching?
