We are recruiting for a full time and a part time Receptionist/Admin Support who shareour vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients
You are expected to have excellent interpersonal skills, dedication and the confidence to deal with a wide range of matters with tact and diplomacy. An understanding of the NHS is essential, together with advanced IT skills. Patient administration experience, experience in working with people and the ability to adapt to change while managing and prioritising a heavy workload, in a fast developing environment is essential.
We are looking for an organised and flexible person who enjoys working individually but also as part of a wider team.
The role will include weekend working on a rota basis

You will provide efficient administrative support and reception duties in all
aspects of the department’s work as directed by the Admin Supervisor.
This includes accurate data input of referral letters onto Lorenzo, dealing
with patient enquiries, collecting notes for appointments & tests, and supporting the admin team. To be able to prioritise own workload & work independently using initiative and deal with frequent interruptions is essential.
