Marketing Manager – Leading Executive Search firm – London Based
Mondrian Alpha are a market leading executive search and research firm, operating across London, New York, and Dubai, with a specialist focus on alternative investments (hedge funds and private credit). Our work is centred on deep market insight, close client partnerships, and a long-term approach to talent strategy. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, creative and commercially-minded Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts globally.
The Role
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute a cohesive marketing strategy that builds the visibility of Mondrian Alpha, supports business development, and reinforces our position as a leading advisory firm in alternative fund managers. This is a hands-on and varied role, suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is comfortable taking ownership across the full spectrum of marketing activity.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand and Content
1. Own and manage the firm’s LinkedIn presence, including content planning, post creation, and analytics reporting.
2. Draft and design high-quality marketing materials (campaigns, infographics, reports, email newsletters).
3. Collaborate with consultants to convert research and insights into engaging public-facing content.
4. Ensure consistency in tone, design and messaging across all channels.
Campaigns and Events
1. Design and deliver marketing campaigns to promote Mondrian Alpha’s research, events, and client offerings.
2. Plan, coordinate and manage in-person events (roundtables, breakfast briefings, networking drinks, etc.).
3. Create event collateral, manage guest lists, and liaise with venues and suppliers.
4. Evaluate campaign and event success to inform future planning.
Media and External Relations
1. Build relationships with key industry journalists and publications.
2. Proactively pitch stories, insights, and research for media coverage.
3. Coordinate interview opportunities and opinion placements for senior leadership.
Candidate Profile
1. 3–6 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within professional services, private markets, asset management, or executive search.
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
3. Confident managing social media channels (particularly LinkedIn) for a professional audience.
4. Comfortable working independently and in a consultative environment.
5. Experience working with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and CRM/email platforms is a plus.
