An expanding Engineering company based in Wednesbury who pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service. Continued growth has resulted in the expansion of the business and they are currently seeking a full-time Administrator to join their team.
Main duties of the Administrator will be:
1. Responsible for the care and support of clients and customers.
2. Ensuring enquiries and orders are dealt with, and that clients are aware of our new and existing products, and fully informed on significant developments.
3. Efficiently answering price enquiries, stock availability, and updating on stock availability.
4. To deal promptly, courteously, and efficiently with customer enquiries and orders.
5. Regularly progress customers' outstanding orders and effectively deal with all correspondence.
6. Answering the telephone and dealing with customer enquiries and raising quotes from the enquiries.
7. Liaising with suppliers about queries/orders.
The successful person will have the following skills:
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Strong IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Must be able to work as part of a team but also show the skills to work unattended.
