Main Duties
and Responsibilities:
1. Carry out the day-to-day administration of the disposals desk
2. Accurate data entry and recording of all new vehicle disposals on the bespoke database.
3. Arranging vehicles movements via a third party movement network from client to a sales location
4. Liaising with repairers and obtaining updates on all vehicles under repair awaiting disposal
5. Processing vehicle sales
6. Processing and administration of documentation and updating DVLA
7. Supporting the disposals team as required.
8. Assisting with covering holiday within other areas of the department as required
Key Skills:
9. Confident with Microsoft Office packages
10. IT literate
11. Previous administrative experience
12. Professional phone and email manner
13. Able to work independently and within a team
