Role Overview: The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters, working with both individual and corporate clients. The role involves advising on a broad spectrum of disputes, including but not limited to contractual, commercial, property, and professional negligence matters. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and progress a varied caseload of dispute resolution matters from inception to resolution.
2. Provide clear, pragmatic, and commercially-focused advice to clients.
3. Conduct negotiations, draft legal documents, and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
5. Work closely with colleagues across other departments to provide a seamless, integrated service.
6. Contribute to business development activities, including networking and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
7. Qualified Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in dispute resolution.
8. Strong technical knowledge and practical experience in handling a broad range of dispute resolution matters.
9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-focused approach.
10. Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and work well under pressure.
11. A proactive and ambitious individual with a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
12. Experience in business development and a strong network within the local market is desirable.
