As a Spa Attendant, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and relaxing experience for our guests. You’ll ensure the spa is impeccably maintained, assist with guest requests, and provide a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our high hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and changing facilities.
2. Ensure all amenities (robes, towels, and refreshments) are fully stocked and replenished.
3. Greet and assist guests, providing a warm and friendly service.
4. Support therapists and spa receptionists with daily operations.
5. Follow all health & safety and hygiene protocols.
