In this role you will be responsible for the following:
* Conducting penetration tests against Infrastructure, Web and mobile applications while developing IoT/OT and maritime testing skills
* Providing development and support to the Penetration Testing team by advancing their skills and abilities
* Instrumental in driving forward the growth of the Assure Technical penetration testing capability and team
* Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and tools to support penetration testing activities
* Analyse and interpret test results, and prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations, in line with current best practice.
* Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Be the lead for the delivery of technical security consultation projects
* Writing and planning reports
* Consulting with high-profile clients – building, maintaining and adding value to client relationships
The following are “must haves”:
* Five years of practical pen-testing experience (Web app, Mobile, Infrastructure, Cloud)
* Qualification – CSTM/L, CRT, OSCP or equivalent
* A passion and track record of self-development within offensive security
* Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as foundational programming skills
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A track record of delivery of technical security consultancy where customer needs are clearly identified and outcomes are achieved that benefit both the client and our business
* An understanding of Information Risk Management and its practical application

Please note – whilst the key duties of this role are described above, the role holder will also be required to support other duties as and when required by the business.
This role is only open to people with a right to work in the UK.
This role can be home-based, hybrid or office-based in Malvern, Worcestershire. If you are home-based, there is an expectation that you will spend at least 1 day per month in the office.
There is a need to travel across the UK with a potential for limited international travel.
