A secondary school in Farnborough is seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join their team from March until the end of the academic year. This full-time supply role involves delivering Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop a strong understanding of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics while fostering a passion for scientific inquiry.
The Role:
* Teach Science across KS3 & KS4, following the national curriculum.
* Plan and deliver engaging, practical lessons that develop students’ scientific knowledge and investigative skills.
* Conduct practical experiments and demonstrations, ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Work collaboratively with the Science department to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
* Support students in coursework and exam preparation, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Who Can Apply?
Qualified Science Teachers (QTS/QTLS preferred).
ECTs looking to gain valuable classroom experience in a supportive school environment.
Unqualified teachers with relevant subject knowledge and teaching experience may also be considered.
Individuals with a passion for Science, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to inspire students.
