Known for its professional approach, high standards, and excellent customer service, our client is now looking to expand their team with a motivated and experienced Sales Progressor. The ideal candidate will help manage the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth progress from offer acceptance to exchange and completion, and providing clients with exceptional service throughout the process.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the pace of property transactions. You will be responsible for ensuring that all parties involved - vendors, purchasers, mortgage advisors, solicitors, and surveyors - are kept informed and up to date. This role requires a highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and has a passion for delivering first-class customer service.
Sales Progressor Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage the sales process from offer acceptance through to exchange and completion, ensuring timely and smooth progression of all transactions.
2. Liaise regularly with all parties involved, including vendors, purchasers, mortgage advisors, solicitors, and surveyors, keeping everyone informed and up to date.
3. Proactively address potential delays or issues in the sales process, working to resolve any disputes or concerns to prevent setbacks.
4. Provide excellent customer service at every stage, maintaining high levels of communication and ensuring a positive experience for clients.
5. Work towards set targets and deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
Sales Progressor Skills & Experience:
1. Previous experience in the property or legal sector is highly desirable, but not essential.
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to all parties involved in the transaction.
3. Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
4. The ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
5. A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a busy sales team.
6. Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving goals and providing exceptional customer service.
Sales Progressor Package & Benefits:
1. Salary: £27,000 basic with a realistic OTE of £32,000 - £34,000 DOE (pro-rated for part-time hours).
2. Annual Leave: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service (3 and 6 years).
