Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for a well established business based in the Brighton area. The Finance Assistant will be working as part of the Accounts team assisting with accounts payable, credit control, invoicing, payments etc.
Location: Brighton, hybrid 2-3 days office based
Hours: 9-5/9-5.30 Mon-Fri
Finance Assistant duties:
* Processing of purchase ledger / sales ledger invoices and sending out to customers
* Credit control
* Processing payments
* Handling invoice and payment queries
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Checking and processing of expenses
* Assist in payment runs
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience working in an Accounts Assistant / Finance support role
* Excellent IT skills, ideally have used Sage
* Good communication skills both verbally and written
