Kames Fish Farming, Scotland's largest Trout farmer are recruiting for a site manager for its Loch Melfort sites, Argyll. The production unit includes one site with a feed barge and three sites fed by boat. Candidates should have experience in daily sea site operations and leading a team.

The site manager will ideally have a track record in delivering results within the aquaculture industry and be a hands-on leader, who is committed to the welfare standards that sets Kames as the premium producer of Steelhead Trout. They will be dedicated to a process of continual improvement, be open, honest and able to communicate clearly at all levels.
This role will suit someone who is already managing small teams and wants the oppurtunity to develop their all-round management expertise and commercial understanding. Kames would welcome people looking to move away from Salmon farming, to develop knowledge in another species.
