Sistema Scotland is seeking a Musician/Teacher (General Musicianship) for a part-time role at Big Noise Govanhill, Glasgow.
The position involves working four days per week during term time (40 weeks per year) to deliver musical education, including general musicianship sessions, group teaching, home visits, and community performances.
Applicants should have a degree or equivalent qualification, professional performing experience, and a proven track record in teaching children and young people. A belief in the benefits of social music programmes is also required.
The closing date for applications is Monday, 16th September 2024, at 10:00 am. The selection process, including a panel interview, audition, and demonstration lesson, will take place in the week commencing 7th October 2024 in Glasgow.
