Pay: £83.34 - £87.34 per day (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and assist with classroom management.
* Help students stay engaged and on task.
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to enhance learning and development.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
* Assist with general classroom activities and resource preparation.
* Report any concerns to the appropriate staff.
Requirements:
* Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is essential.
* Enhanced DBS Check: Must be registered on the Update Service (or be willing to apply).
* Passion for Education: A strong commitment to supporting student learning.
* Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
