Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and execute a social media strategy that drives business growth and engagement.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content tailored for each platform and region, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Content Plans & Campaign Management: Build and execute multi-channel social campaigns to drive organic growth and engagement.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients on all things social, building relationships and articulating ideas and activities.
- Community Management: Monitor and engage with the client's global audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyse performance metrics and evaluate campaign effectiveness across different regions.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on global industry trends and best practices to optimise strategies.
About You
- Proven track record of developing social media strategies and content plans, delivering social media campaigns, including international campaigns.
- Experienced across all social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, as well as scheduling and reporting tools.
- Able to write engaging content tailored for the client's tone of voice, audience, platform, and region.
