Curriculum Administrator Location : Swindon - North Star Campus and Queens Drive Campus Salary: £16,171 (pro rata’d) (FTE £23,307) This is an excellent part-time role (30 hours per week), working term-time only covering the Lifestyle curriculum area. In this role as a Curriculum Administrator, you will provide support of the Lifestyle area, and provide a range of secretarial and administrative services to ensure delivery of the curriculum. You will generate correspondence including student absence letters and meeting invites, provide support to the Curriculum Managers and Assistant Principal as required, manage day-to-day contact with students and legal guardians and day-to-day administration. What you will do as a Curriculum Administrator Produce correspondence where appropriate, including student absence letters and meeting invites. Support provided to the Curriculum Manager as required. Support provided to the Assistant Principal as required. Coordinate meetings including producing meeting invites, agendas, booking accommodation/hospitality, and accurately recording the minutes and associated actions. Making day to day initial contact with students/parents/carers through use of Telephone calls, Txt Service, Teams message, e-mails to ascertain reasons for student absence, recording on Pro-Monitor, and following up with Tutor/CM/Progress Coaches. Assisting the Curriculum Manager in the preparation of attendance letters. Undertake the gathering of information to support quality audits. Assist with the set up and monitoring of trips and visits including relevant paperwork, and consent forms. Monitor systems and processes to ensure timely compliance with college requirements. Process purchase orders to comply with the college’s financial procedures and processes. Code purchase invoices, petty cash, requests for sales invoices ad cheque requisitions ensuring their swift authorisation and return to the Finance department for processing. Experience/Qualifications of a Curriculum Administrator Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and mathematics.
