Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Southeast Asia Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing efforts. This role focuses on building vibrant communities, fostering trust, and driving user growth in Southeast Asia's rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of market trends, a passion for community engagement.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to Southeast Asian markets.
* Plan regional strategies to drive user acquisition and retention for Web3 projects.
* Build and manage communities on platforms like WeChat, Telegram, Discord, and X.
* Foster engagement and trust with community members, especially through content and conversation in Mandarin Chinese.
* Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the region.
* Monitor campaign effectiveness through KPIs (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, growth).
* Provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.
* Organize and promote events, including AMAs, conferences, and local meetups, to expand brand awareness.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in marketing within the Web3, blockchain, or crypto industry. Proven track record in managing communities, and influencers/KOLs.
Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is essential.
Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and market trends in Southeast Asia.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Network of existing partnerships with KOLs and media in the Web3 space in SEA
