Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per year
Job Purpose:
To provide commercial assistance and support to the team.
To collate and update KPI information.
To liaise with contractors and supply chain.
To monitor system data, accuracy, completeness.
To contribute to Value for Money reporting.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Booking appointments for surveying team.
2. Carry out a wide range of routine and non-routine administrative tasks relating to the commercial functions.
3. Primary engagement with suppliers and subcontractors, cost value engineering and driving value for money.
4. Monitor and report on in-house purchases.
5. Raising, issuing and monitoring of purchase orders to suppliers & subcontractors.
6. Administer and manage recharge process, inclusive of payments and reporting.
7. Incoming works review ensure contract allocation accuracy for accounting purposes.
8. System housekeeping, data cleansing and management.
9. Coordinate and control operative workwear, PPE and consumable procurement.
10. Build relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
11. Contract analysis looking into key components to ensure best prices.
Key Skills:
1. Strong Microsoft Office skills are required particularly in Excel.
2. Good communication skills.
3. Demonstrable background in an Administrative role.
