Job Description
We are super excited to bring to you the position of Brand Manager Mercure & Handwritten to join our dynamic team at our London Support Office. If you’re looking for your next challenge, this could be the opportunity for you!
This position is responsible for implementing the marketing and multi-channel strategy of its brands portfolio (market, product, positioning, experience, animation) and ensuring the operational monitoring of projects.
Here is a snapshot of some of the responsibilities you will hold:
* Define marketing plans within his/her scope and ensure their perfect execution on all communication and distribution channels – with a view to maximizing brand equity.
* Promote a clear and differentiating image of the brands to reinforce their awareness and attractiveness.
* Implement a brand-specific customer experience to support its positioning, concretely strengthen its competitive advantage and generate value for all stakeholders.
* Define and be the guarantor of the brand's operational standards and their implementation within the hotels.
* Monitor KPIs defined with the brand leader to measure the impact of the actions carried out (customer satisfaction, ROI, notoriety, market share, etc.) and ensure their continuous improvement.
* Adapt global marketing elements to the local environment by integrating all cross-functional projects (CSR, loyalty, F&B, etc.).
* Responsible for the follow-up of the Marketing budget on his/her scope of brands/countries.
Qualifications
* Minimum experience of 3-5 years in Marketing
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in marketing, marketing management, or commercial strategies
* Strong interpersonal skills & ability to integrate around brands
* Work as a team as part of ENA marketing & guest experience segment organization
* Be innovative and creative to imagine original and attractive promotional materials for customers
* Brand passionate
* Experience in developing a marketing action plan
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Additional languages such as French and/or German are a plus!
