The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils aged 3-19 with a range of complex learning difficulties, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD).

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of pupils.
* Support students’ personal, social, and academic development in a nurturing and structured environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to ensure holistic support for each child.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere where every pupil can thrive.
Minimum Requirements:
* A qualified teacher (QTS) with experience in SEND or a willingness to develop expertise in this area.
* A patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching.
* A strong commitment to inclusive education and personalised learning.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
