Legal Assistant (Education Law)/ SEN Caseworker

The Role
The main purpose of this job is to provide paralegal casework support to a team of education lawyers who run a varied caseload of matters including special educational needs, disability discrimination, admissions, exclusions, disputes with schools and disputes with local authorities.
Casework support will involve co-working cases with your supervisor including drafting, analysis and research for which full training will be given.
Qualifications and Experience
1. Educated to degree level 2:1 or above (although lower contextual applications will be considered)
2. LPC or SQE (or working towards) beneficial but not essential
3. Personal or professional experience of SEND and/or working in the education sector beneficial but not essential
