A dynamic and supportive primary school in North West London is looking for an experienced and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis starting in April 2025. The Role: Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons for a Year 3 class, following the National Curriculum and ensuring all students are challenged and supported in their learning. Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and motivated to achieve their best. Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners, including students with varying academic abilities and learning styles. Monitoring and assessing student progress, setting clear targets, and providing constructive feedback to both students and parents. Supporting students in their social and emotional development, encouraging resilience, independence, and positive behaviour. Collaborating with the Year 3 team and other teaching staff to share best practices, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and ensure a cohesive learning experience. Maintaining strong communication with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and any areas for development. The Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Year 3 or similar primary year groups. Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver differentiated lessons that engage and inspire students. Excellent classroom management skills, with a focus on creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Passionate about teaching and committed to helping every child reach their full potential, both academically and personally. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents. Proactive and adaptable, with a strong focus on student welfare and academic progress.
