Travelers is seeking a Senior Risk Control Consultant to be a thought leader and a key player in managing our Risk Control relationships. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by evaluating risk exposures and enhancing our customers' risk management practices. Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This entails full time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees). This policy may be changed at the Company's discretion. What You'll Do:
* Lead Nationwide Efforts: Manage Risk Control relationships across the country, conducting comprehensive surveys to evaluate risk exposures and provide critical support to underwriters and customers.
* Detailed Risk Assessments: Differentiate risk quality through meticulous assessments of property, business, and people-related exposures and controls.
* Sector Expertise: Utilize your understanding of risk issues in the health & care sector to communicate effectively and influence decision-making.
* Deliver Expert Advice: Offer top-notch risk advice and training to our customers in the UK & Ireland, ensuring they are well-prepared to manage their risks.
* Drive Business Growth: Play a crucial role in marketing and selling our Risk Control services and capabilities during new business presentations.
* Customer Commitment: Manage account commitments with a keen focus on responding to customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction., Private Medical Insuran ce: On commencement of employment, you are eligible for single cover provided by Travelers, with the option to add cover for your dependents, at your expense through payroll deduction.
* Retirement: Travelers will make a core contribution of a percentage of salary to your Pension Plan. Additionally, if you decide to contribute to the plan, you will receive an increased company contribution.
