This full-time position is crucial in facilitating effective communication between our services teams and the residents we serve, ensuring that all interactions are conducted with the utmost professionalism and care. Overview of Role The Resident Liaison Officer plays a key role in bridging the gap between our technical teams and our valued customers. This position demands a candidate who can multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for residents, managing inquiries, addressing concerns, and solving problems with resourcefulness and a positive attitude. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary liaison between residents and service teams, ensuring clear and effective communication. Coordinate and schedule appointments, providing timely updates to both parties. Handle complaints and concerns with empathy, escalating issues where necessary. Maintain accurate records of interactions, services requested, and outcomes. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services. Provide feedback to management on service improvements based on resident feedback. Required Attributes Exceptional attention to detail and administrative skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Customer service oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
