Brook Street (UK) Ltd have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Officers for our leading Public Sector client HM Land Registry, Swansea.
HM Land Registry safeguards land and property ownership valued at £8 trillion, enabling over £1 trillion worth of personal and commercial lending to be secured against property across England and Wales. The Land Register contains more than 26.5 million titles showing evidence of ownership for more than 89% of the land mass of England and Wales.

We are looking for multiple Admin Officers to work within the Expedite Service where you will be responsible for processing the customers' expedite requests within the business SLA. Expedite requests are received through the HM Land Registry contact us form/web forms and emails.
Key Responsibilities
* Work from Expedite queue in Dynamics CRM system
* Access HMLR systems to check current state of application
* Approve or decline expedite requests based on evidence/reasoning lodged using information from our Customer Enquiry Handling Protocols
* Update casework system and move application within our casework system if required
* Provide response to customer depending on approval/decline of application using our standard text within Dynamics CRM
* Keep up to date with process and practice changes
Key Skills
* Experience of working as a team member to deliver common goals.
* Effective organisational skills and able to prioritise work.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to make sound judgements/decisions based on available evidence.
* Good computer skills, experience of using Microsoft based software, including knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Essential Criteria
* 5 GCSEs grade C and above including Math & English
* A minimum of 1 year's office administration experience
* Ability to organise a busy workload to deliver effective results on time
* Flexibility to meet changing demands as required and to prioritise and delegate as required.
* Ability to communicate and work effectively with others as part of a team
* Ability to use own initiative to solve problems and respond to others
* Ability to take a responsible and customer-focused approach to work
* Good ICT skills
* Good attention to detail
Desirable Criteria
* The ability to speak Welsh is desirable

The hours of work are 37hrs per week between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
The Rate of pay is £12.74 per hour.
