The Account Manager will be responsible for:
1. Overseeing the delivery of services across our client contracts. The role will involve delivering ‘best in class’ services delivery experience to our clients and leading your team to ensure contract compliance and adherence. As Account Manager you will be self-motivated and be proactive in your approach to problem solvingBe responsible for achieving revenue targets in existing accounts through effective upselling of a range of surveying, monitoring, remedials and maintenance services
2. Be responsible for developing a new business pipeline and delivering sales in line with target
3. Be responsible for the operational delivery of existing contracts including the mobilisation and implementation of new contracts and projects
4. Provide technical support to Clients & Marketing, Bid Submission teams
5. Provide consultancy services & technical advice to clients
6. Ensure the delivery of a consistent and technically compliant service in line with the company’s internal quality management systems
7. Preparation of technical proposals and quotations
8. Manage and support an established operational team of Supervisors, Consultants/Surveyors, Technicians/Engineers & Plumbers
9. Build and maintain successful relationships with clients, staff, internal departments and external suppliers
10. Ensure that all operational, health, safety and environmental policies are implemented to ensure compliance with the companies external accreditation schemes
11. Produce reports on all aspects of contracts, operational, performance & business efficiency
12. Engage in business development activities through direct sales within existing and new accounts
13. A team player who’s able to work in a face paced environment with technical teams
