Internal Communications Manager / London / Up to £60,000 basic salary / Permanent
My client, a globally recognised charitable organisation looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to engage with the organisations staff to push the companies mission, culture and strategy.
Role and Responsibilities:
Create content and campaigns to reach out to staff members
Work closely with the external communications team to ensure messages align
Ensure the quality of posts on the company intranet
Build relationships with staff members via meetings and town halls
Create and implement internal communication strategies
Experience and Expertise:
Previous experience in an internal communications manager position
Experience working with a non-for-profit organisation
Experience driving a company’s mission and strategy
Great written skills
Confident working with a wider internal communications team
Excellent organisation skills
