Our client, a provider of IT solutions, is seeking an Office Administrator to further strengthen their team based in the Black Country region. We are looking for an enthusiastic Office Administrator to undertake a variety of office administration tasks, including:- Inputting information on the office software/systems Order stationery on a regular basis to ensure office is operational. Order stock from Amazon when it is required. Ensure sales/renewal documentation is up to date. Answer all calls for the office. Making up stock / buffer orders Booking in stock deliveries Stock level management & re-ordering Covering team members during absence/holidays Working hours are Monday-Friday 09:00am-5pm On offer for this excellent Office Administrator role is a basic salary in the region of £24,000, 25 days holiday 8 statutory.
