Job Summary
Network IT Recruitment Limited is seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our client's team. This role is based in a dynamic organisation that is expanding its Service Desk Team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Excellent Customer Service
* Obtain Government Security Clearance (SC) with no restrictions
* Offer IT support and troubleshooting services
* Utilise Microsoft Office suite and Windows 10
* Manage Active Directory and User Accounts
* Have general knowledge of software installation and network hardware
* Be able to troubleshoot technical support issues
Requirements
* Excellent customer service communication skills
* Ability to work in a shift-based environment covering days, nights, and weekends
