RESPONSIBILITIES To be successful in this role you will need the following: - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in using electronic service tools and a strong understanding of mechanical principles to diagnose and repair Cummins heavy-duty engines efficiently. - Attention to Detail: The ability to follow documented service procedures meticulously and complete all work and documentation accurately and to a high standard. - Safety Compliance: A thorough understanding of and adherence to safe work procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment. - Effective Communication: Skills in creating and verifying service documentation, and the ability to escalate technical issues appropriately to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
