About the Role:
As an HLTA with Protocol Education, you will play a vital role in supporting both students and teachers within the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting individual and small-group learning
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
* Providing intervention support for students who need additional assistance
* Working closely with teachers to plan and assess pupil progress
* Covering lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Requirements:
* HLTA qualification or relevant experience in a similar role
