Property Manager

37.5 hours per week 9am to 5pm
£12.82ph - 3 month contract (possible extension, depends on performance)
The Client:
The Client is a well-established and reputable property group across the UK. With a history rooted in providing exceptional property services, Leaders has earned a commendable reputation for its commitment to professionalism, client satisfaction, and expertise in the property market. Reporting to the Team Manager/Head of Centre, Leaders are seeking a Property Manager to join our dedicated and dynamic team based in Milton Keynes. In this role as a Property Manager, experience is essential, as you will be managing a portfolio of 118 properties on behalf of one Landlord. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring both the Landlord and the tenants receive the highest level of service and support. You will act as a point of contact for all queries, assisting the Landlord and tenants, ensuring a smooth process throughout the tenancy from beginning to end.
The Role:
1. Provide excellent levels of both telephone and written communication for the duration of the tenancy.
2. Responsible for accepting and understanding tenants' maintenance requirements, providing a triage service to try to resolve issues.
3. Work with the property management team to ensure that all works are completed and invoiced within 21 days, updating customers on progress.
4. Ensure that all mandatory compliance/legislation is in place on all properties, and follow company processes if this has not occurred.
5. Schedule repairs, inspections, and maintenance visits.
6. Liaise with contractors to make appointments.
7. Deal with complaints.
8. Provide admin support.
Need to Have:
1. Excellent phone manner and spoken English.
2. Organisational skills, time management, and attention to detail.
3. Ability to deal with complaints.
4. Ideally have experience in this sector, but not essential; a good team fit is important.
5. UK Driving Licence.
