Provide expert advice and recommendations, exceeding customer expectations through personalized service. Build rapport and long-term relationships with clients, driving customer loyalty and repeat business. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Team Leadership and Development: Motivate and coach sales associates, fostering a positive and collaborative team spirit. Provide on-the-job training and support, ensuring product knowledge and sales techniques are at the highest level. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure efficient and organized floor operations. Operations and Administration: Assist with inventory management, ensuring stock accuracy and presentation. Manage daily cash handling and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Contribute to store merchandising and window displays, showcasing the jewellery in a captivating way. Other Responsibilities: Attend industry events and training sessions, staying abreast of current trends and market knowledge. Maintain a professional and confident demeanour, reflecting the company's image with grace and excellence. About the candidate: Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within the fine jewellery industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele. A partner and liaison manager of Harrods relationship. Strong sales acumen and a results-oriented approach, consistently exceeding targets. Natural leadership qualities, motivating and developing high-performing teams. Impeccable product knowledge and understanding of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery trends. Organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Discretion and integrity, handling valuable merchandise with utmost care and professionalism. The candidate should have 5-10 years of experience in jewellery and management.
