Why your role matters The Client Services Consultant is integral to our service delivery teams and the development of long-lasting relationships with our clients. You will play a pivotal role in onboarding new clients. What you’ll be doing As our Client Services Consultant you will deliver a first-class customer service to new WorkNest clients by providing them with training on how to use our HR software to their benefit. You will have a consultative approach to helping each client with their own unique requirements. In addition, you will support all our client's day to day with any support queries, additional training they may require. You will work closely with the Client Success Manager and Client experience team to support up and coming renewals and ensure the onboarding process is followed efficiently. Where you’ll be working This is a hybrid role (a minimum of two day's per week in our Glasgow office) with the rest of the week remote.
