The Benefits - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* £28k base salary which increases to £30k after 3 months
* OTE in year 1 of £55k through promotions and commission
* Winter and summer holiday incentives to top destinations including Dubai, Iceland, Switzerland, Marbella and skiing in the Alps coming up this Christmas!
* Quarterly incentives - dining at London's top restaurants, long weekends in European destinations and spa/golfing days!
* Exceptional commission structure - No threshold and goes all the way up to 40%

* Late start and early finish on Fridays
* WFH opportunities - 3 days in office, 2 days at home once you've completed training
* 12 week training programme - combining a mixture of on-the-job learning with classroom sessions directly from the founders
The Role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is the process of finding and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. It involves:
* Job Definition: Defining the role, qualifications, and skills needed.
* Sourcing: Attracting candidates through job boards, social media, or referrals.
* Screening: Reviewing resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
* Interviewing: Assessing candidates through interviews or tests.
* Selection: Choosing the best candidate based on fit and qualifications.
* Offer and Negotiation: Presenting a job offer and negotiating terms if needed.
* Onboarding: Integrating the new hire into the organization.
