Responsibilities:
๐ ๏ธ Support frontline staff and operations via phone and email.
๐ Monitor alarms and manage incident escalations.
๐ Write reports, track staff movements, and ensure shift coverage.
๐น Handle CCTV monitoring and updates.
๐ Log activities and maintain databases efficiently.
What We're Looking For:
๐ Experience in customer service, control rooms, or call centres.
๐ช Calm under pressure and quick-thinking.
๐ข Strong written and verbal communication skills.
๐ป IT-savvy with good report writing and email skills.
๐ Ability to work regular night shifts and live within 1-hour of Enfield.
๐ CCTV licence is a big plus!
Working Pattern:
Full-time commitment, working 36-48 hours per week.
4 on, 4 off shifts, rotating between 7am - 7pm and 7pm - 7am.
