Overview:
Myprotein is seeking an Affiliate Manager - UK to join the team and take charge of one of our key market affiliate programmes. You'll collaborate closely with global and local teams, strategising, implementing new initiatives, and optimising performance across multiple locales. This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll support affiliate strategy, analyse data, and foster relationships to drive growth and innovation within the digital marketing landscape.
Responsibilities Include:
* Ensuring managed accounts are working towards agreed KPIs.
* Working closely with the Senior Affiliate Manager and country managers on the overall strategy for Myprotein.
* Implementing new initiatives and ensuring all new features/technology is being tested.
* Analysing affiliate and country performance data for the Senior Leadership Team.
* Utilising strategic insight to the wider marketing teams.
* Preparing and delivering reports on channel performance.
* Making quick judgement calls on performance data and implementing change.
* Working closely with team members providing collated reporting.
* Building strong professional relationships internally with the wider marketing teams.
* Working with our affiliate network representatives (AWIN) and keeping a strong working relationship in place.
* Working with senior management on strategic challenges.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of affiliate partners.
* Proven track record in managing affiliates directly and leveraging affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN, Partnerize, Commission Junction).
* Strong negotiation skills, comfortable handling contracts face-to-face and via telephone.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving exceptional results.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
* Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of numerical data.
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Passion for affiliates, partnerships, and digital marketing innovation.
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and their integration into overall strategies.
* Capability to research and identify new opportunities within the affiliate marketing realm.
* Experience managing budgets closely and liaising effectively with key stakeholders.
Optional but Appreciated:
* Experience with third-party reporting tools (e.g., GA, Tableau).
* Google Analytics certification.
* Familiarity with tracking implementation and tag management tools.
* Experience in international markets and utilising international affiliate platforms.
* Access bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&D team.
