You’ll be working as a Senior Executive Search Consultant, focusing on technical and executive recruitment in the challenging automotive and mobility technology market. The ideal candidate is a senior recruiter with strong business development skills, capable of sourcing their own positions in a competitive market. You’ll need to network and communicate effectively with C-suite and senior leadership, understanding the complexities of the automotive and mobility technology sector. Experience winning business at a senior level, identifying opportunities, and delivering results—ideally in technical and executive recruitment— is not essential.
By year two, you could be billing £200k-£250k, with some of the team hitting £300k plus by year three or four. The fees are massive here (£35k-£40k deals), and it’s all about quality over quantity. It’s a strong, market-leading seat with potential for huge growth!
