THE JOB The successful candidate will be responsible for providing central administration support and process leadership for the Machinery Aftersales business with a key focus on systems and precision agriculture. Working closely with the Workshop Manager and ensure smooth running of the Machinery Workshop. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the needs of our customers and internal teams across the full product range offered by Carr's Billington at Carlisle. Including Massey Ferguson, Krone, Weidemann, Yamaha, Ovlac, Stihl and Ferris to name but a few. You will also play a key part in offering industry leading levels of service to our internal and external customers and enable future growth and development. Working as part of a busy workshop team, you will be responsible for the day to day administration of a busy workshop, covering the following areas: Day to day administration of a busy workshop, covering the following key areas; Warranty Claims and administration Invoicing and customer liaison Administration of machine registration and customer care process Assisting Forman with day to day team management and work scheduling Maintaining Department Standards Phone and workshop reception Key link to other departments and branches within the network Any other task associated with the efficient administration and development of the business. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALITIES REQUIRED Essential Strong written skills - proven ability to use clear, concise language for the specific purpose and audience. Confident IT user, including a working knowledge of the following packages: Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise with suppliers, customers and internal stakeholders Has an organized approach to work and able to work using own initiative. Be a practical problem solver. Adopts a flexible approach to work and willing to take on additional responsibilities. Ability to influence and support with management of a diverse team. Ability to manage change and to adapt to unexpected demands on a day to day basis. Ability to assess priorities and manage competing deadlines both independently and as a member of a team Desirable Proven track record of supporting a diverse team and ability to adapt to unexpected demands Proven track record of successful internal and external customer relationship management Experience in a support role, with a focus on time critical service delivery. Experience in following manufacturers guidelines and adhering to dealer standards and processes Full UK Driving Licence.
