What you will enjoy doing
* This is an exciting role which plays an instrumental part in the delivery of Engineering projects from Conception to Benefits realisation (Typically, £100 t £3M). This includes feasibility studies, cost estimates and proposals for internal projects across all business areas in the UK & Ireland. The position can be based in Woking or Brinsworth office
* You will achieve this by supporting the Senior project managers and a multi discipline engineering team. You will be responsible for the the day to day to day management of some project programmes and delivery of engineering projects safely, on time and on budget to meet the needs of the business.

* It will be your responsibility to ensure that contractors demonstrate ownership and understanding of our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) strategy and objectives and that the teams follow statutory requirements, our company policies and procedures
* You will lead site construction activities such as contractor controls, permit to work, working at height, plant installations, mechanical and electrical installations, testing and commissioning, pressure testing, acceptance, as built data, health and safety files, operating and maintenance manuals
What makes you great
* You have a degree or equivalent Engineering qualification in a mechanical, chemical or process field or the equivalent plus c. 10 years practical industrial experience (post graduate scheme or equivalent) in a relevant industry
* You have knowledge in project engineering in either a contracting or operating environment, proposals, tendering, sub-contract activity, financial/cost management
* You have a consistent track record of project engineering on time, to budget and to the appropriate SHEQ standards
Furthermore, you have a professional membership to IMechE, IChemE, APM, IET or equal and preferably have Chartership
* You work with integrity, role modelling the behaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplace
* APM PMQ qualification is desirable but not essential and may be provided
* And finally, an IOSH/NEBOSH certificate is desirable but not essential and may be provided
