4. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of care assistants and senior care assistants.
About you

* Experience in the care sector is essential.
* Working towards or have achieved Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
* Enthusiastic, friendly, and passionate about working with older people.
* Excellent communication skills and able to work on your own initiative.
