As our Residential Sales Coordinator, you'll provide essential administrative support, undertaking key tasks such as handling calls, maintaining file systems, processing invoices, and organising marketing for properties. You'll engage directly with clients, ensuring they receive top-notch customer service while managing databases and coordinating diaries. Your efficiency will help keep our busy office running smoothly, making you a vital player in our team!
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
Minimum Requirements:
1. Proven experience in administration or coordination
2. Exceptional customer service and communication skills
3. Strong IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office Suite
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
5. A positive team player with a proactive approach
