To assist in the delivery of marketing communication campaigns for the business and their installers. Working alongside the marketing team this will be a very hands on role covering a broad spectrum of marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assisting with content creation including video, graphics, blogs, digital ads and flipbooks across diverse channels such as social media, email marketing and websites. Supporting a leading presence across these channels to keep our brand fresh and in mind.
2. Monitoring performance of marketing campaigns through google analytics, email measurement and website on page activity to identify prospects/leads and inform strategy.
3. Leading internal communication campaigns including Collating content and publishing for videos for app and quarterly newsletter and poster signage and materials to engage with staff and build our values within the business.
4. Managing and supporting events such as customer days, exhibitions and preparation for customer/prospect meetings.
5. Managing a number of websites through a CMS system for our installers including content and monthly reporting on performance.
6. Control and management of photo library, brochure library and video library and ensuring version control over all points they are used.
7. Updating and maintenance of customer CRM system for marketing purposes to ensure accurate data for marketing communication purposes.
8. Art working for marketing assets for Glazerite own and customer marketing, this includes creating marketing print materials, logos, video content and images, in accordance with either Glazerite or customer brand.
9. General administration including management of brochure stock and arranging information packs to prospects and new customer packs to new accounts.
10. Any other duties required by the company.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
· SEO and Analytics Expertise: Proven experience in setting up optimisation and managing SEO strategies, with strong skills in analytics and reporting.
· Social Media Management: Skilled in managing business social media channels to drive engagement and brand presence.
· Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
· Interpersonal Strengths: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
· Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
· Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage workloads independently and proactively.
· Creative and Design-Savvy: Demonstrable creativity with a strong eye for design and attention to visual detail.
· Digital Marketing Knowledge: Up-to-date with digital marketing best practices, with the ability to identify and recommend relevant improvements.
The following are desirable but not essential
* Qualifications: Degree or IDM/CIM in marketing preferred.
* Creative Software: Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
* Writing Skills: Skilled in digital content creation, including blogs and technical articles.
* CMS Knowledge: Experienced with content management systems.
* Design Interest: Passionate about creating visually engaging online and offline marketing content.
