MRG Accountancy & Finance Division are delighted to bring to market an exciting Credit Controller role with a leading organisation based in North Lanarkshire. As a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing the company's credit control processes, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You’ll be working closely with the finance team to support cash flow management and help drive the business forward. Key Responsibilities: Managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely payments and reducing outstanding debts Communicating with clients to resolve payment issues and disputes Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all credit control activities Liaising with internal teams to ensure a smooth invoicing and payment process Producing regular reports and updates on the status of accounts Assisting with credit checks and setting up new customer accounts Skills and Experience Required: Previous experience in a credit control role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using accounting software Benefits: Salary: £28k per annum.
