Plaintext Mobile Responder (TEC) - Job Description Who You Are You are a compassionate and flexible individual who strives to provide high-quality support services to vulnerable adults in the community. You have excellent communication and computer skills, along with call center experience or a solid understanding of elderly social care. Holding a full driving license with access to a roadworthy vehicle is essential as you will be expected to travel to clients' homes during night shifts. What the Job Involves As a member of the Carelink Team, you will work night shifts from 23:00 to 07:00 on a rotational basis, including weekends and bank holidays, for an initial period of 12 weeks. Your role involves programming, installing, and maintaining telecare equipment, as well as responding to emergency and non-emergency calls. You will provide safe and well checks, assist uninjured fallers using specialized lifting equipment, and liaise with a variety of individuals and services to ensure comprehensive care. Office and on-site work includes maintaining records, completing administrative tasks, and ensuring equipment and vehicles are managed efficiently.
