In this role you will be a critical link between our driver community and internal systems, ensuring optimal platform use while enhancing driver engagement and performance. Main responsibilities Act as a point of contact for drivers, addressing performance-related queries and concerns; working with them to improve their understand and use of our platforms and services. Identify underperforming drivers and create engagement plans to help boost their performance and earnings. Provide training and support during driver onboarding, ensuring new drivers are fully equipped to succeed. Assist with account or platform-related queries, ensuring timely resolution. Manage data entry, maintain accurate records, and handle documentation efficiently. Create, maintain, and reconcile financial reports and invoices. Competencies & skills Strong relationship-building abilities and a proactive approach. Professional image with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and phone). Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage tasks under pressure. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
