I'm looking for a Customer Care Manager, not just any Customer Care Manager, a really good one One with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a high degree of technical knowledge and the ability to build a team ethos both internally within Customer Care and across other departments, and externally with subcontractors. As a talented Customer Care Manager, you’ll have proven management and leadership experience, be action and results orientated and possess good business acumen and commercial judgement. You’ll be decisive with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to and negotiate with different types of customers.
