As a Quality Inspector, you will play a vital role within the Inspection department, ensuring all manufactured components meet the highest standards of quality and customer requirements. Your responsibilities as a Quality Inspector: Perform first-off, in-process, and final inspections on precision components. Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Utilise a range of measurement equipment, including micrometers, surface testers, and contour tracers. Maintain accurate records through route card completion and ERP/MRP systems. Work collaboratively with manufacturing teams and contribute to First Article Inspection Reporting (FAIR) processes. Your current experience which will help you as a Quality Inspector: CMM programming experience. Strong knowledge of ISO & AS standards. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and apply measurement evaluations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and Visio. Experience within a precision engineering environment, with a keen eye for detail. What you can expect as a Quality Inspector: Up to £38k salary, dependent on experience. Healthcare cash plan scheme.
