About The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving retention and growth. Reporting to the Chief Client Officer, you’ll work cross-functionally with internal teams to enhance customer experience, maximise product adoption, and identify expansion opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Customer Success Management – Build strong relationships with clients, proactively addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
2. Client Relationship Management – Engage with key stakeholders to align strategies and drive value.
3. Business Growth – Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and revenue expansion.
4. Value Delivery – Provide product training and insights to help clients achieve their goals.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting – Monitor key client metrics, satisfaction, and retention trends.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
1. Proven experience in account management, customer success, or client services.
2. Strong relationship-building skills with executives and key decision-makers.
3. Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
5. Experience in B2B SaaS or technology-based solutions is a plus.
6. A data-driven mindset to analyse client feedback and improve strategies.
Nice to Have
1. Experience driving upselling, cross-selling, or contract renewals.
2. Certification in customer success or account management.
3. Interest in AI, data-driven solutions, or technology innovation.
